We are connected to Teraview, the Ontario Governments Land Titles System. The Land Registry System still exists in some Counties but most of the work is now done on line. We save client money by attending to the Registry offices when the number of searches is extensive. The Teraview costs can be reduced when you are in person. Our title certification is handled by the Past President of the Ontario Petroleum Institute, Tony Steele of Polischuk, Camman and Steele. He has extensive experience in Oil and Gas and property law. His rates are certainly the fairest in the business in Ontario. Electronic Registration is the new method of registration of leases in Ontario. We are fully equipped and authorized to complete the registration via the internet. At a cost, searches can be completed immediately. Maps can be accessed to show the property lines of the property. As Teraview is a third party vendor licensed by the government costs are higher the faster you need to access information. We suggest that a visit to the registry for searching and pulling documents is often cheaper in the long run. We use their information to create maps and property ownership maps for our use. We can input the lease information into our landowner database and reflect lease ownership in our Autocad maps.
