        Paying your Annual Rentals and Production Royalties

Let our office assume your royalty and rental obligations thus freeing up your office staff to handle more pressing issues.  Our office is proficient at handling the details of payment and verification that contact with the landowner creates. 

We issue a monthly expiry and rental calendar and send it to your office.  You distributed our report to the appropriate departments for review.  You decide whether you wish to pay the rental or surrender the lease from your assets.  A signature is required for each surrender.  Included in this report is a list of all leases that are due to expire during that month.  As a further check and balance all of the leases that are expiring also appear as an opening page each and every time you open the database on the internet.  These leases are automatically removed as the lease is either surrendered and processed or renewed by our landman.    The report is faxed back to our office and invoices are cut for all leases to be paid and a surrender is prepared and registered for all leases that you have decided not to keep.  A landman is dispatched to renew all expiries that you want him to  renew.

Upon receipt of your production records we enter the details into our Royalty Database which is directly tied into the Lease Database.  We generate an invoice which is immediately mailed to you for immediate payment.  Upon receipt of your invoice payment we issue checks, payment letter and check receipt.   We then mail the check off to the landowner and wait for their response.  This provides an opportunity to provide good will with your landowners.  If they have a problem or concern they often write it on the receipt letter and send it to us.  Our staff are aware of how important it is to let the company know that there are real people at the end of the process.  We call them immediately and deal with their issue on your behalf.  You would not believe how beneficial this is in customer relations.  We deal with small problems before they become big problems.

Once again this process frees up your office staff to deal with more important issues and trust me this will save you a lot of expense.  Our charges for this services are very reasonable, especially considering how efficient and professional our staff are on your behalf.
