We offer a lease maintenance service that allows you easy access to your file information on your desktop computer.  We host your database in our offices while giving you absolute access to all the information in it.  We scan the entire file and make it available to you on line by clicking on a link to the scanned image.  You can see the actual lease without having to pull the file.  All the details of the lease are available to you in the database.  We enter all the terms of the lease, all the records of payments to the landowner are entered.  We detail every contact with the landowner with text detailing what they said and what steps were taken to resolve their issues.  We also offer a royalty and rental payment program.  The task of preparing all the checks, envelopes, royalty calculations, receipt letters and landowner questions and complaints are taken out of your office and is handled by experienced clerks in our office for a nominal cost.

Our database is extensive and growing in detail on a daily basis.  It is user friendly and yet provides you with all the information about your documents that you could ever need.  The report function is extensive.  Reports can be modified to satisfy your need for information and statistical data.  Print on your own desk reports that used to take weeks to compile.  Our information is available to you instantly in any format that you need.

The scanned image function is a great feature.  No more searching through filing cabinets or boxes for new or old documentation.  At the click of a button you can see in a separate window the actual lease as signed and all rental payments or letters to or from the landowner. 

Contact with the landowner is documented and can be traced for verification or testimony.  All clauses on Schedule B's is recorded separately and prior to drilling a report can be generated to see what special clauses must be dealt with prior to commencing operations.
