We have extensive holdings of maps available for you to purchase and use in your own office.  We also offer an update service that allows you to see on a monthly basis all the changes at the registry office from the comfort of your desk chair.  Our mapping database is extensive, intelligent,  accurate and updated daily.  We have scanned well cards, we have digital well spots as well as a database with the formation tops linked to those spots on the digital maps.

Lease Maintenance

Our lease maintenance is so advanced and user friendly that you'll truly wonder how you managed before.  We provide our clients with a 4.7 gig DVD with a copy of their Access database that contains all the details of the lease including payment records, registration records, unit details, well details and best of all a scanned copy of all the records associated with the lease.  Did we mention that you also have a scanned copy of the lease, plat map and payment records that can be viewed simply by clicking a button on your screen?  We update your database on a monthly basis.  You will never have to pull a box from the basement again just to view the terms of your lease.

Or you can utilize our in house database maintenance system.  We link you to our database through the internet.  From your desk you can open your own database that we have been updating on a daily basis.   In order to see a lease that you have in the file just click the link in the database and the entire lease file image is displayed allowing you to print any part of the lease that you need.  You may update the database record or let us do it for you.  Our backup system protects your database.  Our reporting systems are extensive.  You can generate any report you need from the database without having to request it from your land department.  It will print directly on your own printer instantly.

We can pay your rentals and royalties for you allowing you to free up your office staff for more pressing duties.  For a nominal fee the work is taken out of your hands and away from your office.  Customer complaints about payments and lease file issues can also be handled by our office if you desire.
