Leasing

ELS and Company has the facilities to acquire and maintain petroleum and natural gas leases and storage agreements anywhere in Southwestern Ontario.

With all of our leasing programs ELS will provide you with a complete written reports and maps each week until we acquire all of the leases.

Our weekly leasing reports include landowner contact update reports, copies of all leases acquired, plat maps of all acquired properties and a complete, detailed invoice that details each and every landman contact made on your behalf with actual results of the contact.

ELS offers a last chance leasing service. This service is only for those properties which require special attention. We will acquire these leases for you or you receive our services for free of charge.

Mapping

ELS and Company has hand digitized the Ontario Base Maps for much of Southwestern Ontario. These maps are available at a 1:10,000 scale and are stored in Geographix and AutoCad Map format. These maps are available in digital format at $200.00 per entire township or $100.00 per digital map sheet.

ELS and Company is continuing to update our mineral lease database and Geographic Mineral Lease Information System (GIS). Our system allows the prompt retrieval of the most up-to-date ownership and mineral leasing information for areas you may be interested in exploring further.

We can do up a small play for you with a detailed colour map and a database report for free.  You only have to agree to let us have the right to lease the program for you.
